After testing my greenhouse rocket stove furnace, I take it apart to make a few modifications. The firebox gets expanded vertically, adding an inch and a half. The temporary Georgia-clay body of the stove gets replaced with the same cement and perlite mixture I used to make the hearth.

The stove now rocks...or rather it rockets! I use my Seek thermal camera to do some temperature readings to determine how much heat is being absorbed by the soil beneath the garden bed. It is no longer primitive technology.
