Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries. Get some!

In Part 1 of this two part Q&A, we'll talk about unsolicited dietary or lifestyle advice. A lot of people (especially people who currently butter their coffee or refuse to heat their food...) have strong opinions about how you should live or eat. But unsolicited advice can be a serious downer (and trigger), so kindly instating boundaries with these people is a must.

In Part 2, we'll talk more about how to cope when YOU'RE the advice giver!
