1. You Don’t have to go to College
- No one in high school told me this
- They basically said, no college you fail in life but it's not true

There are jobs without a degree ( trades, certificates and so on that can earn you more than 70k a year )
- Elevator repairers and installer
- Electrician
- We developer

This is a list I made in less than 5Minutes it's not that hard

2. What if I don’t know what I want to do but I want to go to college
- Everyone will have to take general education courses aka Gen ED
- If you are trying to be an accountant like I was, you’ll still have to take classes like English 101, or math 101 or even Excel ( yeah, I went to one of those colleges)

Because these are just Gen ed credits they are not that important ( more like requirements)
- And they last about 2 years
- So I would go to the college with the cheapest cost per credit and I could possibly get a free ride in also
- For me that was Bronx Community College they would have cost less than 300 per credit and with financial aid, scholarships, and working and saving I could have easily gotten them with no debt

But I went to a private school
- Ended up spending over $700 per credit and the debt you know off

The point is: use that time of general education credits to figure out what yo want to do, and then once you are done taking the credits transfer yourself and your credits to a 4 years school

3. Picking the School
- Pick the school that has a good reputation for getting people jobs and preparing people well
- And that will give you the most money and doesn’t require to much work
- I would rather stay in state and go to a good enough school than go to the best and go out of state and graduate with debt

College is not an experience:
- it’s a transaction
- it’s a business decision

ps. If the schools you applied to don’t accept you, go to community college or the one that did accept you, get your GPA up, and then re-apply

4. How to Pay for College
- There are three ways

One:
- Working and saving part-time
Two:
- Applying for all the scholarships possible
Three:
- Going to the right school and getting low prices on credits

I did all of these except one:
- I applied for scholarships and got about 35k in total
- I worked and made for sure over 20-30k in my college ( spend it on garbage )
