Hi guys! In this video I show you how I made this sparkly Mermaid Tail :D After my pevious two using Liquid Latex, a lot of you asked for a version without it, so here you go ^^ I made this to fit a Barbie, but you can make this to fit any size of doll.
Materials:
Kitchen film & painters tape
Canvas Fabric & matching thread
Mica powder (or eyeshadow)
Fabric glue
Glitter
Flowy fabric for the fin
Velcro
