This video will show you how to get Victini from the WiFi Event. The Pokemon is only available between December 1st, 2011 and December 31st, 2011. After that, it's GONE. Going online and using Mystery Gift after that will result in nothing to be found.
So, if you get Pokemon Black or White for Christmas, be sure to download it ASAP! You can access Mystery Gift right out of the box in this game, so there's no excuse for not downloading it.

THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU MORE THAN I CAN. I've only had one wireless router all my life and honestly don't know that much about them, so please ask someone else about your WIFI RELATED ISSUES.
If you already have Victini from the ticket event, you can get this one too. This one is special because it has the signature attacks of Reshiram and Zekrom. It also has it's own signature attack that you can't get anywhere else: V-Create. This is an absolutely DEVASTATING Fire-type attack and is the strongest fire-type attack in the game, besides Blast Burn.
