Directed by the Safdie brothers, this movie has such an interesting look that just adds onto the tension. Cinematographer Darius Khondji, and Colorist Damien Van Der Cruyssen worked together to make the digital shots closely match the shots on film. Today I'll be going over how to get this look in resolve, with everything being possible in the free version.

(The LUT works when best when applied to Rec.709 footage, so if you're shooting in a log profile use this LUT in addition to a Rec.709 transform and then add your exposure corrections and it should work great. I made it this way so it would be compatible with more cameras and workflows.)
