How to Roughen Vector Edges in Photoshop (Better Than Illustrator’s Roughen Tool!)

In this video, I’ll show you how to roughen any vector path or shape layer using just a few filters and adjustments — no Illustrator required.
This quick trick uses Photoshop’s Crystallize + Gaussian Blur + Threshold combo to turn perfectly smooth edges into organic, natural-looking shapes. It’s great for illustrators who want to add personality and warmth to clean vector graphics, logos, or shapes.
