I'll show you how to get the Ram rune in Terraria 1.4.5
Create a world, paste this seed into the seed line that you see on the screen, and you'll also find it in the description below.
You can only change the difficulty, but not the other world settings.
First, go to the right.
Until we see Dungeon.

Then we go down.
