I'll show you how to find a Radar in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
First, enter the seed you see on the screen; you can also find it in the description below.
The seed itself already stores the information about the world size and the type of evil it contains.

Once you spawn, immediately head down into the cave you see right next to you.
Go down all the way to the water.
