Kirby Air Riders lol
This is my tutorial on how to get the Missile copy ability in Kirby Air Riders, it took me a while to find a consistent way to do it lol
First, go to Air Ride & Race, choose Rules and hold the X button to reset any custom rules you set before lol
Now choose these *Rules:*
*Laps: 3*
*Boost Assist: Strong*
*Special Assist: On*
Recommended *Course:*
*Nebula Belt*
*CPU* Group Settings:
*Lv. 9*
Make *two CPU Players into Scarfy with the Shadow Star* (lowest top speed character and machine) and set *both of theirs and your own Handicap to 4*
Once the Course starts, reverse one time until the game moves you in the right direction.
Now by the time you hit the second randomizer, it should give you options for special copy abilities.
Choose *Missile* as your random copy ability. You can *pause the game repeatedly* to see which ability you are going to get.
Once you get Missile, use Star Slide as much as possible to catch up even faster in the race.
*Tip:* If you pause the game really quickly twice in a row, and you see the roulette didn't switch to the next ability, that means when you un-pause the game, it will roll into the next copy ability. Remember that while trying to randomize to Missile if you are going to pause the game.
*Tip 2:* If you are unable to get missile like this, I can only suggest choosing Kirby & Warp Star, or a slower character and machine. You can also purposefully boost charge to slow down and stay behind.
(3/30/2026) *NEW Tip 3:* I probably recommend restarting the course before hitting the 5th randomizer, that is if the CPU's get spread out from each other.
