In this video ill show you how to get a cosmog and ultimately a solgaleo.

From an Old Lady in The Crown Tundra
You can get a Cosmog in The Crown Tundra from an Old Lady in Freezington.
1. Look for a house with an Old Lady and a Spheal outside.
2.Talk to the Old Woman to receive Cosmog.
Note: She will only reward you Cosmog after catching Calyrex.

3. The Cosmog you will receive will be at Level 5.
4. Evolves to Cosmoem at level 43
5. I leveled mine with candies to 60 and once he evolved into cosmoem i gave him 1 more candy to evolve into solgaleo
