About this video: This video shows you how to play Actions & Stuff in Minecraft Java Edition. This isn’t an exact copy, but we use a Minecraft modpack called Actions & Better that will allow you to generally make Minecraft Java look like Actions & Stuff without having to play Bedrock.
To get started, you will want to get the CurseForge app. There is a link above that will take you to our text guide where you can click “Download” and the “Download Standalone”. Then, open the installer, click next, agree to the terms, and click next again. CurseForge will then install. When it’s finished, make sure to click “No Thanks”. The app should now open.
In the CurseForge App, click Minecraft, Continue, select Mojang Launcher, continue, and you will land on your My Modpacks tab.
At the top, you will see a search box. In this, type of ”Actions & Better”. You will see this modpack appear where you can hover over it and click “Install”. The Actions & Stuff modpack for Minecraft Java will now install!
Go back to your My Modpacks tab, hover over the Actions & Better pack and click the Play button. The Minecraft Launcher will open, and you will need to login. After you’ve logged in, play using your Actions & Better installation, and Minecraft will open with the modpack installed.
If you want to get the Actions & Stuff look really nailed in, I recommend turning on shaders. There are a few different shaders packs, so try them and see which is your favorite and looks most like the Actions & Stuff Bedrock mod.
