Slugma can only be found in Mt. Ember (Ruby path).
It can be found between Lv 24-30 in Ruby path B1F and B5F
Between Lv 22-30 in Ruby path B2F and B4F
Between Lv 18-36 in Ruby path B3F.
it has 27.97% Catch Rate.
Slugma evolves into Magcargo starting at level 38.

To get it at Lv 36 with a 100% Encounter Rate we need to use the Repel Trick with a Lv between 35-36 Pokemon in Ruby path B3F.

NOTE: With the Repel Trick in Ruby path B3F, Slugma will have a very low Spawn Rate, so it will probably take a couple of minutes to find one.
