Not only are the ingredients native to turtle island, the cooking method is also very similar to the Native American dish succotash. Cajun and creole cuisine has a mix of Native American, French, and Afro Caribbean influences and that beautiful fusion is what makes it the best and most delicious cuisine on earth.

Maque Choux Cajun Marry me corn
(Vegan, gluten, nut free)

-2 celery stalks, minced
-Half white/yellow onion, minced
-Half green bell pepper, minced
-Half red bell pepper, minced
-Cajun seasoning 2 tablespoons
-Slap ya mamma HOT 1 teaspoon
-6 garlic cloves, crushed
-Olive oil
-Butter
-Corn 2 big cans(396g)
-150g soya cream
-1/2 tablespoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon dried parsley
-Chopped fresh parsley
-Kosher salt and hot sauce to taste
