This video explains you what to do if your Playstation 4 controller (Dualshock 4) has the blinking red light problem, if it's disconnecting when you use it wirelessly or if it discharge faster then it should be. The 3 parts that I show in this video should be responsible of 99 % of your problems in this situation. The good news is that they are easily replaceable. In fact, it's one of the easiest repair for the Dualshock 4 !

Lets fix controller # 2 of Joblot #3 with a faulty charge port that is preventing the controller from charging. This was a pretty easy fix to do and it could be a nice idea to try this as one of your first fix if you can be sure that its only the charge port that is faulty. This fix could also fix connectivity issues.
If you are attempting this repair, make sure to buy a matching charging port as there is more then one depending on the generation of your Playstation 4 controller (Dualshock 4).
