Steps to fix this issue:-
Open Google.
In the google search bar, Type vcruntime140.dll.
Click on the search button.
Now Click on the link dll-files.com
scroll down
If you have 32-bit Windows, download 32-bit file, and if you have 64-bit Windows, download 64-bit file
Here click on Download Option
Now go to the Location where Zip file has been downloaded
open zip file
Now drag vcruntime140.dll on the desktop
copy this file
Now open ThisPC
open c drive
inside c drive open windows folder
Now open system32 folder
Inside System32 folder, paste the copied file
Click on the continue button
If you have 64-bit windows, paste the same file in Sis WOW 64 folder, inside Windows folder
Now vruntime140.dll file error has been fixed
