How To Fix "Unfortunately,Contacts has stopped" Error on Android Devices ?
Method 1:
Before Trying this method ,Take Backup of Your Contacts first using Super backup or any App of your choice .
Clear the cache and data of the following apps:-
i) Contacts
ii) Contacts Storage
iii)Phone App(If you have more than Two Phone App Running Clear cache and data of them)
iii) Google+
If above does not fix your issue
Turn off your Device,Remove the Battery ,put it back and Start your Phone again.
Method 2:
If you have Visual Voice Mails ,Try deleting them one by one and at the same time check that error went away or not .
Method 3:
Step 1: If you have Google+ App Installed on your Device the Uninstall the updates of it or Disable/Force Stop the App .
Step 2: Restart your Phone.
Method 4:
Reset App Preferences
Step 1: Go to Settings--Apps--Tap on three dots and Tap on Reset App Preferences.
Step 2: Restart your Phone .
Method 5:
Reboot into recovery and wipe cache partition and from Advanced --Wipe Dalvik Cache.
Ways to get Into recovery mode on Samsung ,if you have other Phone ,try to find from your manufacturer ,how to get into recovery mode .
For Samsung Phones:
Step 1: Turn off the device.
Step 2:Now, press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons until you see the Samsung screen. Now,Release the Power button but continue to press Home and Volume Up until you are brought to the recovery mode .
Step 3: Press the Volume down key several times to highlight 'wipe cache partition'.

Step 4: Press Power button to select and it will wipe cache Partition.
For Wiping Dalvik cache
Step 3: Press the Volume down key several times to highlight 'Advance' .
Step 4: Press Power button to select and then Wipe dalvik cache .
Reboot Your Phone
