This error occurs when you try to download or update an App from Play Store.
Method 1:
Simply Reboot your Android Device and Go to play store and try to download or update an app.
Method 2:
Clear Cache and Data of
i) Google Play Store .
ii) Google Play Services .
If you see Google Services Framework , Download Manager.Clear their Cache and Data as well .
iii) Remove Your Google Account and Re-Add it again .
If you have more than one google Account Associated,Remove everyone.
Step 1: Go to settings,and then accounts,and then Google
Step 2: Remove your all google(gmail) accounts .
Step 3: Open Play Store and Add it again .
Restart your Phone and Try to Install or update an App .
Method 3:
Uninstall the Updates of Google play store,if you have it.
Go to Settings,and then Apps,and then Uninstall Play Store Updates.
Method 4: Reset App Preferences
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Apps or Application Manager .
Step 3: Tap on Three Dots ,tap on reset App preferences .
Step 4: Restart your Phone .
Method 5: Using VPN Method
Step 1: Go to Settings--Security--allow installation from unknown sources
Step 2: Open Google.com and search "rocket vpn apk ",Download it and install it .
Step 3: Select country as United states.Go to Play store and try to download or update an app .
Method 6:
If you have some Firewall installed like NoRoot etc. on your Android device,switch off or uninstall the firewall and try to download or update an app .
Method 7:
If you are using Wi-Fi to download an App ,try to switch to another Wi-Fi or Mobile data and try to download an app again.
If you are using Mobile data to download an app ,try switching to Wi-Fi.
Method 8:
Factory Reset your Phone
In worst cases if above methods does not work for you ,then Factory Reset your Phone .
