Other solution if this does not work:

Go to the start button at the bottom left and start typing on the keyboard this: computer management. After that click on it and then click on disk management. When you see your drive that isn't work via the drive letter, go to the left of it where it says next to it online and disk0 or 1 and then right click over it and select offline then right click again seconds after to select online. This should also fix it as I just experienced this and that was my founded solution. This might pertain to bit locker.
