This time of year is great for buying budget cameras like Canon's R50V. And as I love small compact cameras that behave like they have super powers, I couldn't help myself, when I saw the R50V on sale for sub 500 bucks. And I have to say, so far it's awesome and in some respects in better than a Canon c200. I mean it has a 10bit codec. Crazy.
