I'll show you how to find a Spelunker Potion in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
First, enter the seed you see on the screen; you can also find it in the description below.

After you spawn, head to the right.
Enter this cave here.
And stand roughly right here.
After that, start digging.
Until we reach a Glowing Mushroom biome.
