Android does not have a universal system-wide Recycle Bin; the best way to find deleted files is to check each app’s trash or recently deleted folder, such as Google Photos, Files by Google, or the device’s native gallery and file manager apps.
1. App-Specific Trash or Recently Deleted Folders
Since Android manages deletions at the application level, files are usually recoverable for a limited time (typically 30 days, or 60 days for backed-up Google Photos). Here’s how to access these folders:
Google Photos (for photos and videos)
Open the Google Photos app.
Tap on Library at the bottom.
Select Trash (or Bin).
Browse deleted items, select those you want, and tap Restore to recover them
Files by Google (for general files)
Launch Files by Google on your device.
Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-left corner.
Select Trash.
Tap files you want to restore and click Restore to return them to their original location
