Do you calculate irregular hip and valley rafters on the Construction Master Pro?
In order to correct for the actual length of jack rafters to the side of the hip or valley, you can make a run deduction based on half the thickness of the hip or valley👇
1️⃣ Enter the plan angle between hip/valley and wall plate, then push PITCH.
2️⃣ Enter half the thickness of the hip/valley rafter and push RISE.
3️⃣ Push DIAG for the run shortening for the jacks. #roof #framing #building
