In this DROPS video we show a pair of slippers before and after felting (DROPS 86-16).
Place the slippers in the washing machine with a wool detergent that does not contain enzymes or optical brighteners.
1. Wash at 40 °C / 104 °F, normal spin, no pre-wash.
2. Stretch and shape the slippers to the correct measurements while still wet.
3. If they turn out too small: soak in water until completely wet, then stretch back to the desired size.
4. Afterwards, the slippers can be washed as any other wool garment.
