In this video we teach you how to factory reset your Ecobee camera.
How To Reset Ecobee Smart Camera:
1. Plug in the device and make sure it's powered up.
2. On the top of the device hold down both buttons on the top of the Ecobee Smart Camera, hold down both buttons for 5 seconds until the device resets. The device will start speaking to you and you can release both buttons.
3. The device will speak and give you the options to reset but you will need to wait for it to go through the menu and you make the selection by pressing the solid shaded button on the Ecobee Smart Camera.
4. When the device speaks and says "factory reset" press the solid shaded button.
