This method to reset your Apple Watch Ultra will work even if you don't remember the passcode to your apple watch. When you factory reset your apple watch ultra all settings will be erased and the watch will need to be re setup with your iPhone.
How To Factory Reset Apple Watch Ultra
1. The Apple Watch Ultra must be charging on a charger in order to factory reset the Apple Watch.
2. Press and hold the bottom button on the right side of the watch until you can see the power logo on the screen.
3. Press and hold the bezel on the right side of the watch until the reset prompt shows up on the screen.
4. Press the reset button on the screen.
5. Press the reset button on the next screen.
6. Your Apple Watch Ultra will now factory reset. It takes 3-5 minutes for the full reset to complete and then you can set up your Apple Watch Ultra or Apple Watch Ultra 2 on your phone. Make sure to leave your Apple Watch on the charger while it resets, because if the watch powers down during reset it can cause issues.
