Zoom-in Mic is designed to increase the sound from the direction you are zooming toward while recording video. This can make a distant subject's audio more prominent as you zoom in during recording. Samsung lists Zoom-in Mic as an audio option in the Galaxy S26 Camera settings.
To enable it, open the Camera app and switch to Video mode. Tap the Quick Controls icon, shown as four dots, and then tap the Settings icon. Look for the Audio options or the relevant video/audio settings and turn on Zoom-in Mic. Samsung's Galaxy S26 support instructions specifically identify Zoom-in Mic under the Camera's audio options.
