Hey art friends! Today we're drawing an Ankylosaurus, the dino with the club tail. This one is simple and friendly, and you get to pick the colors. Grab your markers and let's draw!
Personalization ideas: Swap the olive green for any dino colors, blue plates, or school colors. Change the club tail, add extra armor bumps, or draw a friend Ankylosaurus beside it. You can even add your name on a little rock.
For teachers and parents: This lesson is a great dinosaur unit, a names-and-traits science page (armor plus club tail), or a bulletin board where every kid's Ankylosaurus shows a different color. It also pairs well with fine-motor practice and homemade fossil journals.
