Having trouble learning how to breath or when breathing should take place when playing didgeridoo? A demonstration by Vernon Gurruwiwi shows you how, the close-up perspective allows you to hear when a breath is taken and how it fits into the rhythm of play.
One of the lessons to be gained here is that it is just as important when NOT to take a breath as it is when you DO take a breath. This is especially the case for trad didgeridoo styles of play from the Northern Territory of Australia.
The second clip is the same as the first but slowed down to 50% speed while preserving pitch. If this is a useful tutorial like, comment and share so we will know to make more of these.
