In this video I discuss how everyone experiences rejection and judgement from others (in writing). But when we sit down to rationalise this thought, it's likely we realise most of the issue was from within our own head. Though it can feel like everyone's got their eyes on you, chances are they're too buys thinking about themselves.
It's also important to use experiences of rejection for growth, both in your writing and with life as a whole.

In this video I discuss some elements of a novel for when writing for post-apocalyptic books. Thinking about your common cause can help you plan and shape your world, with the aim of developing realistic fiction. Of course, this all takes time, but I believe is a necessary part of the process when writing in the post-apocalyptic genre! Again, this is only my opinion and advice, so take it all with a pinch of salt - I just hope it helps with your creavite process when making and shaping your characters, book and world.
