With the Russia/Ukraine crisis escalating, ambassador of Belgium to the U.S. Jean-Arthur Regibeau enlightens us on U.S.-E.U. relations toward Russia and China.
After Ambassador Regibeau's opening talk, he sits on a panel with Ambassador Barbara Stephenson and Professor Klaus Larres to discuss NATO, Belgium's role in the E.U., Chinese diplomacy, and other issues imperative to understanding the current international moment.
