We join Gwyneth Uttley for a low-volume bouldering session on the Depot competition wall. Gwyneth recently injured her finger, so we thought it was a great time for us to film a video on dealing with climbing injuries.

Climbing injuries seem be be part of every climber's experience at some point, so it's really handy to know how to manage them if you do pick one up. It's even better if you know how to prevent them, but sometimes it doesn't work out that way and we're left with periods of time when we can't climb, or we're climbing far below our usual amount and intensity.

We covered some frequently asked questions over the session, from how to stay motivated, to managing training pre and post injury, how to avoid getting climbing injuries in the first place and how to approach coming back to climbing after injury or illness.
