You just finished working a single crochet project, and now you want to add a round of single crochet evenly around it. Let me show you how!

This round of single crochet will add a nice finishing touch, or serve as the foundation of additional rounds of a border.

The general rule is different for different stitch patterns, but to crochet evenly into single crochet fabric, the rule is one stitch per row edge.

Tutorial is shown with (US) single crochets working into single crochet fabric, but if you want to change up the stitch for the border, the same concept applies.
