In this video, we will see how to create Cyberpunk Effect in Photoshop in just 5 minutes! The effect resolves around adding the hot pink and bright blue color grading to a photo to get the look of the Neo-Noir genre of movies. The Cyberpunk effect is very simple and fun to add by mixing several Adjustment layers and shifting all color tones to the shades of pink and blue.
In this video, we will also see that adding light bokeh can immensely dramatize our Cyberpunk style, and we can add chromatic aberration to further spice up our Cyberpunk color effect.
