In this video I show you how to create characteristics curves of a MOSFET in Matlab Simulink using the Simscape library. There is already an in-built example in Matlab which you can simply open it and adjust the MOSFET parameters to get the exact characteristics curves of a MOSFET as shown in the datasheet. In this video i just show how this model is made, but i do not match the data with an actual MOSFET datasheet. That is a future video. Here we just learn how to couple a Matlab code to a Simulink model so to run a model multiple times and analyse the data.
