Learn how to create address labels in Microsoft Word from your Gmail contacts.

First, we will import the Gmail contacts. Next, we will create the address labels using Word’s Mail Merge. Then, we will customize the line spacing and fonts. Lastly, we will print the labels.

This tutorial is for Word for Microsoft 365 for PC and Word for Microsoft 365 for Mac (a.k.a., Word for Mac). These steps also apply to Word 2024, Word 2021, Word 2019, and Word 2016. These steps don't apply to Word for the web or Word for mobile.
