Learn how to craft a DIY L wallet using Duck Tape® brand duct tape in this easy craft tutorial from DIY crafter and duct taper Simply Duck Designs. This wallet was made using a tiger printed duct tape and a cool blue color theme, but with hundreds of colors and prints available, you can substitute these tapes with any style you choose.

L Template
Clear ID Plastic
INSTRUCTIONS
(00:36) First you'll make a duct tape fabric that is 6.5 in. long.
(01:05) Using your L template, cut your fabric and then flip it over.
(01:35) Next, you will cover the other side of tape and leave about 1/2 in. sticky showing on each side.
(02:35) Then you will cover the edge of the ID plastic and prepare to attach it to the wallet.
(03:04) You will create the hidden pocket by making a fabric that is 4.5 in. tall and 3 in. wide.
(04:05) After, you will attach your ID plastic and hidden pocket to the wallet.
(04:36) Next, you're going to make the bill fold.
(05:08) You're going to create the card pockets by cutting tap 3 3/4 in. long and folding so it is 1 1/4 inc. tall.
(05:55) Next, line up the card holders on wallet and place down.
(06:21) You will hold down the pockets by placing a strip that is 3 1/2 in. long in the middle of the pockets.
(06:40) Next, you're going to cut a strip the length of the bill fold, cut in half and use to cover inside sticky.
(07:11) Finally, cut boxes in the corner of the sticky and fold them shut onto the wallet.
