1 pound of Stew meat cut into small pieces
4 potatoes
1/3 cup each Green Beans, Corn, petite diced tomatoes...
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 32 oz box of Chicken stock
3 Carrots chopped
Water as needed..
1/3 cup of flour
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
