Changing the front brake hoses on a Land Rover Freelander 1 covers undoing the tricky rusted and rounded off brake nuts and bleeding the system afterwards. A job that should be straight forward but often slowed down by the difficult to remove and rusted on nuts on the top section of hose. Here is what worked for me. A cheap job to do yourself.

If you get air in the ABS block then this unit which can activate the ABS air bleed procedure should do the job it seems. I tried it and it did activate the ABS motors: youtu.be/YFU8Dj0qWKw
