How to cancel an Apple Music free subscription on an iPhone or iPad
Firstly, tap on the ‘Settings’ app. This is where most of your phone's configurations are stored.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Here, you'll get a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
You'll see your Apple Music subscription details. Here's where you find the 'Cancel Subscription' button or 'Cancel Free Trial' at the bottom. Tap it. Tapping on ‘Confirm’ will end your free trial
That's it. You’ve just cancelled your Apple Music Free trial subscription.
