❓Why does my WordPress booking form submit without creating an appointment?
Make sure the Insert Appointment post-submit action is added in JetFormBuilder. Check that the service, provider, appointment date, email, and other required fields are mapped correctly.
❓Why are my WordPress booking time slots incorrect?
Check the selected service, provider, schedule type, working hours, appointment duration, buffer time, timezone, and cache settings.
❓Why are my service working hours not being applied?
If Use Custom Schedule is enabled for the service, its custom schedule overrides the global booking schedule. Check the service-specific working hours, duration, buffer time, and availability.
❓Why are booked time slots still visible?
Clear your website, browser, CDN, or caching plugin cache. Then test the booking form again in an incognito or private browser window.
❓Can I create a booking form for only one service?
Yes. Replace the service selector with a Hidden Field containing the required service ID. This is useful for creating a dedicated booking page for one service.
❓Can I use different schedules for different services?
Yes. JetAppointment allows you to create custom schedules for individual services with different working hours, appointment durations, buffer times, and availability.
