WooCommerce product chat lets customers contact sellers before placing an order.
With JetMessenger, you can create a pre-sale chat workflow, add an Ask Seller button to WooCommerce product pages, and start product-specific conversations directly from the product page.
This setup is useful for WooCommerce stores and multivendor marketplaces that sell products, services, rentals, or bookings where customers may need additional information before making a purchase.
