In this video we install insulation using expanded polystyrene sheet, install the interior walls and finish the floor with polyurethane paint.

I used 2.4x1.2m expanded polystyrene foam board which left a 25mm (1") air gap to prevent heat transference to the outer wall. Its best to leave a gap between the outer face of your insulation and the inner face of your outside wall. This prevents your heat transferring straight through the material to the outside.
If you are painting OSB board the glue used to make them will leech through your paint so you will need a barrier layer of special paint before your top coats to prevent this from happening. I used a product from Zinsser...it was ok but quite expensive but I didn't want my white paint turning yellow.
I used a special moisture and mould resistant top coat paint to prolong the finish for as long as possible. I don't anticipate damp problems at all...its just the previous timber of the old sheet got mould in it so i'm a bit paranoid about this happening again. Although the old shed is nowhere near the quality of build that this one is.
