This fun coffee table design opens up to reveal a shallow compartment perfect for puzzles and board games. But each flip side also has its own built in game board! One side is tic tac toe and one side is checkers/chess.

ABOUT THE HINGES: Instead of butt hinges, you could instead use surface hinges like this: amzn.to/3QwXim4
I didn't like this option because I didn't want to see them on the top. However they do provide a flush surface, so they have their pros and cons. There are multiple ways to hinge the top, so feel free to use your preferred method. I preferred butt hinges for simplicity (and no additional tools required).
