In this tutorial I'll be demonstrating how to blur part of an image in Photoshop, whether you want to make a regular Gaussian blur or a pixel blur.

To accomplish this we'll draw a selection around the area we want to blur with the Lasso tool then open the Filters menu to choose the blur type.
