In this tutorial we will be going over how to remove the background from any image using Affinity Designer.
To accomplish this, we will use the Flood Select Tool in the Pixel Persona to create a selection over the area of the image we'd like to remove. Then, we'll refine the selection further and use it as a reference to delete out the background.
Once finished, we will export our work in PNG format to ensure that it retains the transparent areas of the image (the JPEG format does not support transparency.)
