How To Blur - Artflow Tutorial For Beginners!!

Hey hey everyone!! Today's video is a blurring tutorial for artflow, specifically the android version!! Blurring is a feature on most drawing apps, and with this one you have to look a bit to find it!! The downside to this is that, like most filter/effect features, you can't go back in and change the level after you exit the menu! So you just have to duplicate the layer, just inn case, though you can also press the undo button!
