How To Use The Smudge Tool - Artflow!!

Hey everyone!! Today I'll be showing you how to use the smudge tool in Artflow, specifically the version for android devices!! The smudge tool here is a mix of smudge and blur, and the effect changes depending on which of the brushes you use - for example, an airbrush multiplies the existing drawn parts on the layer. It's a good tool overall, and definitely competent!!
