Not a story boss, but Fenrir does show up in the Boss category in the Monster Guide. This optional boss fight is near Halcyonia just to the north, but it has to be unlocked by accepting Quest 007 Dish of the Day.

In Bravely Default 2 there are optional quest bosses. This Jormungandr guide gives tips on how to beat him as well as how to unlock the fight. You can find Jormungandr in the graveyard behind Rimedhal. BD2 is a game that has a comfortable difficulty curve for the most part, but this boss is rather extreme. Unlocking it only after finishing Chapter 3 seems silly to me.
I am doing this fight on the Hard Mode difficulty, so it might be easier for you than it looks here.

Genbu is one of Bravely Default 2s Four Fiends for the Crystal shrines. Genbu is very defensive and will stall with lots of defaults. This boss fight is a lot easier if you target Genbu with defense dropping abilities.
