Genbu is one of Bravely Default 2's "Four Fiends" for the Crystal shrines. Genbu is very defensive and will stall with lots of defaults. This boss fight is a lot easier if you target Genbu with defense dropping abilities.
I am doing this fight on the Hard Mode difficulty, so it might be easier for you than it looks here.
